Q. Does Stream Kandy have a low sugar content? 
A. No, Stream Kandy has been designed to be a tasty snack that should be enjoyed as a treat.


Q. What is the shelf life of Stream Kandy?
A. To ensure maximum freshness, please consume within 6 months of receiving your order. 


Q. What allergy concerns may be related to Stream Kandy?
A. All Stream Kandy products may contain Wheat and or Nuts, therefore, ensure that you read the nutrition panel in full that is located on every product page to ensure you can enjoy Stream Kandy safely. 

 

Shipping 

Q. How long after I order will I receive my candy? 

A. All orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from the time of the order being placed.  We ship via UPS, therefore on average, Stream Kandy will delivered within 4-5 business days from the time the package is picked up. Please note that due to Covid 19, delivery times may be longer. This especially goes for times during holiday peak season and or bad weather.

Q. What if there is an issue with my delivery of Stream Kandy?

A. If you feel there is an issue with your Stream Kandy delivery or you think that your package may be lost during delivery, please email us with your order number and the issue occurring and we will assist you ASAP. Please email info@streamkandy.com

Q. Does Stream Kandy ship internationally? 

A. We currently only offer Stream Kandy products within the United States of America. We are consistently expanding and working to bring our product to the Canadian and UK markets soon.

Q. Is there FREE shipping?

A. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.
